Mr. Weihrauch is a German native, where he founded a computer consulting company with 20+ employees to serve Germany’s Fortune 50 Companies. He was the solution architect behind the Y2K switch for his customers, with zero downtime or impact to their network computing systems.

Mr. Weihrauch holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA for Tech Executives from Boston University, and is an avid learner whose interests include EQ (emotional intelligence) and transformational leadership. In addition, he possesses a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt, Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Lean professional, Certified Project Manager, and Change Manager Specialist certificate.

  • Digital transformation, with a full workforce assessment, for consultant workforce resulting in cost savings of $40 Million a year for a global manufacturing company in Portland, Oregon.
  • At Banfield Pet Hospital, Mr. Weihrauch’s change management and leadership increased efficiency and ROI by seamlessly replacing 1,600+ computer systems in 750+ hospitals in 6 short weeks vs. the prior rollout which took over 6 months with only 500 computer systems - for an increased productivity and cost savings of $2 Million.
